^ True, how come i never thought of that? Probably because I don't use scarabs for FG farming, and that's the only place i meet puffer fish often.

or maybe the problem is FG's shouldnt be considered when talking about card balance. As Zanz has already said

Why do I have the impression that the only reason comments are raised against the 3/5 puffer fish is because of the FG scorpio?
FG's are the very last reason used to determine balance. Scorpio might be replaced with another FG tomorrow, or its deck changed.

All the poison cards look quite balanced to me now, what really got a buff are the poison decks. Chrysaora was pretty much the only viable option until now, puffer fish was rarely used because it was simply worse than a simple unupgraded Chrysaora.

Toad/puffer-fish is one of most interesting cards to me
if pufferfish get atk buffed to 3 life-water will be nice deck(andrenaline)
ihmo it should be a 3/2 who cost 4
toadfish shouldn't be a 6/4 and cost 5 or 6.
i prefer having a small toadfish who cost 3 or 4 since he requires air to work...

Puffer Fish has always been my favorite water card, goes perfectly with a lot of my Death decks and I always use it over abyss crawler in most of my rainbows.
