I'm far less concerned about the increased ATK power when I really think a cost reduction is whats needed.

I think it might be OP now, 5 HP makes it very durable and it can't be devoured. The extra ATK makes it by pass most shields, this makes it virtually unstoppable. No many people packs 6 lightnings or rage potions in their deck, this makes them quite OP since their damage is cumulative.
