My main complaint is the huge change between the upgraded and the unupgraded card.  It limits decks newbs can take, and also limits decks fully-upgraded people can take.  I'd rather these be split into two cards.

I've said this for a while.  Truth be told, I like the unupped one better and would love it an upped version.  Wouldn't be that hard to program.

Perhaps unupped pufferfish becomes venomous if you pay one water quantum?

The unupped one is a glorified bloodsucker, and it is not vemonous either.

This is a fearful change, i was always scared of the upped critter. With epi, it is totally deadly.

Unfortunately, the pufferfish only does 2 poison damage with its 4 attacks (adrenaline/epinephrine).
For 5  3 3 (quint) that's not that impressive. No-one will use these once scorpions are out.

Scorpion requires two cards to add 2 poison, Puffer requires 1 card to add 1 poison. Scorpio is cheaper, but also requires 2 elements. Puffer has better stats.

Zanz has adjusted Pufferfish in an attempt to Balance it against the new Scorpions.
Some of us think its now overly strong. Please make your opinion known with the poll.

The Thrid option was meant to be the 0 ground. I've changed it to what you suggested.
