Since abilities can still be used every turn it can be quite useful for Chrysaoras/Physalia when combined with, say SoSac, to stall. Haven't found any deck where Deadly Poisons aren't more efficient though xD
I kind of wish Zanz would just scrap this and try again.
I think the primary strength of this is to counter sosac in a non poison deck
