Now I am worried. A mass +1|+1 is potent if spread to  :aether :death or :time.

Few facts about this card that I found quite interesting:
Unlike Sky Blitz, quinted creatures are affected by the buff from SoP.[/li] Playing multiple SoPs in one turn will not increase the delay.[/li] Might be obvious to some people; if you want to bypass the delay immediately after playing SoP, play Chimera - it will attack on that turn.[/li]

As usual, each new card added to the game is a buff to Fractal.

this could get ugly.  four card deck, towers, fractal, ball lightning, shard.  non-aether mark to pay for the shard after fractaling.  and i suck at deck designing, im sure the more competent builders can make a more optimal exploitation.

It is OP with Balls...
Change is fine when it is use in mono water decks. With fractal balls it is too powerful combo.
Bonus should be +1/0, +2/0 for water and +4/0 when flooded.

Read again, macgawel.  :water creatures get +1 | +1 even when not flooded.  Stackable buffs = the sh!t.
That's what I've understood.
But I'm not convinced by a mere +1/+1 bonus, compared to the no-attack effect.
Even with the boost, the shard seems more interesting with others quanta (Fractal, scorpions, even sundial) than with Water....

ive been trying to make a deck which takes advantage of the flooding, at this point the best combination has been with squids to freeze the opponents creatures until i have enough creatures (also using physies) to reach the flooded areas- it takes 10-14 turns usually.

Just found out that Shard of Patience does NOT give +4/+4 to Malignant Cells in flooded areas. Just plain +1/+1.

Say you are in a mono water deck. How fast will this pay off in the +2 Range? Not so fast for many creatures. Abyss Crawler will end up making up the 6 damage he would have done 3 full turns later (of course that is ignoring the possibility of a shield.) Small creatures will benifit the most from this. I will love the +2 hp because it will make my  :water creatures less squishy. YAY LESS SQUISHY! I think the main use this will have is the defense bonus not the attack.

I dunno -- I'm really liking the Physalia + SoP thing for attacking, too.  Flooding optional, it's still a badass attacking trick.  One SoP early for YAY LESS SQUISHY, then Mitosis or Fractal and spam 2-3 SoPs on turn 6 or 7 for a crushing attack.  It's good. :)
