Wait a minute, does the +1/+1 stack? If it does it's the only buff in the entire game that can buff your entire field with, several times! I don't know what you are all so pessimistic about but it seems pretty powerful to me. Combine this with water's excellent stalling and Flooding can EXPLODE your damage!

Of course it can be countered. Which is only to be expected if you can get such ridiculous burst damage. If it really turns out to be useless though, removing "the creatures cannot attack this turn" would make it much, much more useful.

I can't really see this working. We'll test Fractal Physalia and Fractal Flayers in beta, I think, but I believe they will most likely be the distant cousin of Frogtal and especially Fractix...

I agree: a mass spell buff might be quite powerful. It also buff slightly deathstalker, dune and warder. I already foresee (a) a neurotoxinated waterstall, (b) some variation on poison rush using physalia and deathstalker or (c) nice titan/warden/flooding rage-quit decks ... Looks quite fun. Also sundial compensate the drawback of this card quite well. Let see.

Doesn't work. Only water creatures are getting the buff.

Heres a better idea;

  :rainbow :rainbow your creatures dont attack this turn, and gain +0|+1. +2+2 if water, and +3+3 if in flooding.

Or something along those lines.

My suggestion would be: All creatures stop attacking this turn. Doubles attack. Returns attack to normal once they finish attacking (or if their attacks miss). +1|1 to water creatures (and 3|3 w/ flooding).

the water bonus is applied before doubling.
Not so active.

I'd say the underwater feature is enough of a :water bonus. Perhaps it should then affect all creatures.
