It's good for a quick fix against a known poison damager but just carrying a few of these around without a sure fire poison opponent makes them just wasted space in a deck.

Always having been considered a situational card, has it ever been suggested that once used, you could select your target?

Such as selecting to remove the poison from an Aflatoxin'd creature or one that faced a Thorn Carapace? I think it would see much more use after that, especially with other deadly combinations such as Liquid Shadow + Purify. I guess its cost could also be raised a bit as well. Hmm...

Yes, but the updates happen at the wiki (the pics are loaded from there).

The unupped version of this card now adds +1 health per turn.

upped version adds +2 health a turn

the new version adds reverse posion +1 for unnupped +2 for upped
but now costs 1 water unnupped/ upped

Your first assumption is correct. Purify has gone through a change that has yet to be reflected on the forums.

So we've added a bunch of new poison sources and now only Water or Rainbow decks can run purify...

Zanz, why not just code it so your deck MUST be rainbow?  That's the defacto effect here, anyway...

USE WATER IF YOU WANT A PURIFY IN YOUR DECK. OTHERWISE YOU DIDN'T WANT TO HEAL POISON ENOUGH.
