I think that the  :water :water :water should be taken before you get your towers/pillars quantum because otherwise just have 3 towers/pillars and it wont get destroyed without a deflagration or a pulverisor.

It isn't took after. It's just that the permanent spot where you place flooding usually takes action after.

And besides, it's not that powerful anyways. It's only good against FG's and with Aflatoxin.

Good with aflatoxin how?
Flooding ignores malignant cells, unless you just want to speed up the filling of the opponents field (not letting them use top or bottom).
I think it works well. Flooding + Artic Squids is expensive, but effective for limiting creatures.

Good with Aflatoxin because it fills the middle row first, stopping them from playing anything very quickly.

I usually find that my Arctic Squids/Puses handle enough in PvP. Quint or SoR just adds pain to injury. Aflatoxin seems like the only want to make Flooding efficient (the 3 :Water upkeep is also something to consider)...speaking of which, I should make a Death/Water Flooding deck now...

I can't think of a single decent strategy to use with this card. PvP wise it seems almost useless.

Upkeep changed from 3 :water per turn to 1 :water per turn.

It's in all technicality classified as a buff, but still I'm not sure people weren't using it because of its upkeep.

At least now it will be able to run off the mark. This might introduce --some-- decks, but I don't think this makes it as much of an interesting card as others.

perhaps make it so that nothing can be played that would go in the top and bottom rows for a turn or so. It takes some time to recover from a flood
