hmmm as indicated by others, I don't think its the upkeep that is keeping people from using it. Its the fact that its too situational. Only decks that depend on a high number of creatures are weak to Flooding.I think its time we see a card that gets a significant buff while underwater. Kraken-type monster anyone?

Kraken-type monster anyone?That would be awesome but... It should be able to stay alive outside of the water aswell, else it'll hardly be used. And the buff has to be significant.
flooding buff !but i still think it's to weak .once the opponent has 7 creatures you're dead most of the time so it's still a dead card to me.
