That's a step in the right direction, alright. However, consider how Phoenixes are hard to kill, and you need only put them out before the Dragons to protect them, eliminating the need for Heavy Armour. Speed always equals 30-card decks, and many even use Precog to cut down on the deck size even more. So a 30-card deck of Dragons and Phoenixes, and a Long Sword or two, would be much faster against Elders. Heck, even Half-Bloods.
