This deck is really good for level 3 and 4.It is designed for players who love decks with big attack and it is one of my favourite. It is also good for PvP2 but it is not good for winning all the games.I played 10 games and i won 7(but the players were not so good...)Write what do you think for this deck!!!

Well, no control at all? I hear that ice lances/freezes can do well in mono-water.
Also, the puffers aren't that efficient, but well...
Would nymph's tears be efficient enough? 6 :water or a water nymph and 4 :water (IIRC) for more generation.
PVE shouldn't be all about copying a deck code and converting time into electrum, score, and potentially rares.
If the only way to derive fun from a game is its PVP content, then non-hardcore players a.k.a. the mass are alienated from the hardcore community.

For PVP2, you'll need some form of control. From experience, I've found that anything but an Immorush, usually isn't fast enough to set up before a deck with control takes you down. Consider taking out the Puffer Fish as they aren't the greatest for quick kills, bad cost to damage ratio until late game. Perhaps +3 Arctic Squid, +2 Permafrost Shield, +1 Pendulum, -6 Puffer Fish.

I don't use nymph tears because when i make the deck water nymph has 1 attack and 3 hp defencs...something low for creature...

I aggree with you but i use it for level 3 and 4...As i said it isnt so good for pvp but i love how fast and attacking it becomes vs level 3-4

For AI 4, consider SoP?

This deck right here wouldnt be nearly as amazing without how nymphs are now. I say follow Bloom's advice but +2 squids, +1 shield + 1 pend +2 Nymph tears/ Nymph queens. The latter is better since you dont have to sacrifice the initial tower to get it started.

He built the deck in the pre-nymph-buff era. Now nymphs are rushier than ever. 24 pillars with 6 tears can rush like a USEM.
But now it's time o embrace changes that enhances the deck, no?

Even the upped Immorush that I have is often stopped by PvP2 decks that have even a small amount of CC.  I would say that ANY decent PvP2 decks need control.
