Shards of Patience and Freedom are amazing cards that have made small critters much more dangerous. But that in turn has made weak mass CC more useful as well, especially considering that popular creatures like Damselfly, Phoenix, and Seraph are taken out by Dry Spell instantly and SoFr does not protect against mass CC.

When playing this deck, its important to know what kind of deck your opponent is using. If its saving up for a fractal/Shard of Patience, save 2 Dry Spell to take out all Ball Lightning/Phase Salvagers instantly. When taking on Shard of Bravery decks, their own card drawing will ensure that you'll find a Dry Spell just in time to siphon the horde that was just played. Even when its not possible to suck an opposing creature dry, Dry Spell can easily use your own creature to get out enough quantum so that the Water Nymphs can continually use Nymph Tears.

While it packs light CC, this deck is somewhat fast. It get wins usually in the range of 6-7 turns and is sturdier against CC. In my opinion, very effective versus Shard of Bravery deck, effective against Shard of Patience, and fast/sturdy enough to have average chance against other decks.
