this deck essentially came came from my dragon/puffer rush. i found there was too little creature control and to much cost for too little pillars. this in mind i added some Arctic Octopuses and replaced the dragons with crawlers. the result produced a higher win ratio and a more fun gaming experience :)

this deck turns out to capture the best elements of rush and stall tactics.

Looks good [:
I've been looking for a deck that uses Octopuses, I'll definitely try to build this deck.

it is also good (if not better) with toadfish instead. it depends on how many octopuses you have and if you want a shield. unupped are better for fast games. anyway im glad this deck is more successful than the other one i did :)

Pendulum/tower split is needed, also needs a permafrost or 2, if you want stalling better than those squids. I'd suggest -1 crawler -1 puffer +2 perma.

hmm i don't think that's so good. the octopuses do enough good at stalling. if i take too much out for shields it may end badly. having said that i think a permafrost is a navigable idea. lol i was going to do a pendulum split but i forgot and then it was too late :( :))
