i won a fear amount of pvp2 matches with this deck,

 lets start with the problem 1st= againts shields like dissip(entropy) diamond(earth) not nice
                                                    not being able to destroy or steal perm... is another problem.
 now the positive= the poison from your puffer fish while u stall with congeal an octopus is very good
                              in case u run into any of the above shield's u could try to stall long enough to put a icelance kill
                              an last but not least your purify best to heal an from poison u could replace with sog, thats up to u.

I'm not an expert in water decks, so I won't speak about that

Maybe 5 purifies IS way too much, but the main problem may be bad draws... Every single ">40 card" deck suffers that, and this one doesn't have any way of speeding up draws, but it might have enough stall power to bypass that problem... IDK, you tell me and I'll try to help

nice idea (always liked stalling with my little pufferfishes ) but way to many cards..
try to remove some (maybe a congeal or two because the squids and some purifies)

One SoG is worth 2 and a half Purifies. Add 2 SoGs and remove 5 Purifies. Remove 2 Congeals, because you have Squids. Dunno about the Quantum-Index, but maybe take out a few pillars/pends as well.

i know it needs some improving, but the real idea was to stall long enough so ice lance could do the job
but only goes up by 2 it needed the help of puffer, on like fire with 3 which is a big different's.
i know i got carried away, i'll try to cut off some cards.

It looks pretty good.

Another thing you may consider adding is SoR and Poseidons, but that might be a bit much.

Errr, why do you need so many congeals when you already have artic octopus, permafrost shield and ice lances? It's unneccessary space... Apart from that, don't feel afraid of having extra water quanta, since the ice lances work better that way

I'm not sure why you're running 6 congeals AND octopi.
Maybe you could try to fix that so the deck would be more streamlined.

mabe so, but sometimes with a slow start an decks with alot of creatures control congeal could be helpful.

well i must say this deck sure beats the other stall deck in the water archive. this has much more potential to do damage as well as defend. well done .

improvement wise, remove at least half the congeals and replace with a purify or two and another SoG

You should add a flooding, now that they are actually decent. That would allow for you to keep your opponent even more controled by allowing him to play only 7 creatures.
