-6 Pendulums, +6 Towers (anti-EQ).

It looks very solid. I may try it sometime.

it's a rush so i'd remove the permafrost and maybe add more dragons for it,i'd remove the pufferfishes for toadfishes (they're cheap and 6 attack wich is really nice)

Why remove the Pufferfishes?!  ???
They add 1 poison for each attack, and Maxwell's demon can't destroy them, on the other side toadfishes can be killed by Maxwell's demon, and needs 1 Air quantum to use its skill.
-1 Permafrost  +1 Dragon

He never said it was a rush. Permafrost makes this deck that much better in PvP, as it allows you to stall while you chip away at you opponent's health. Pufferfish + Perma makes a neat combo.

Yes, it does, but it has low attack, and it's skill is 3 water quantum, so, it's not that necessary when you have 4 congeals at the price of 1 water quantum.

Yeah, Congeals + Permafrost are enough, imo.
