Strengths:
Poison decks. Seriously, those Purifies not only heal, but they also kill poison epicly.
Some rushes. Early Permafrost and some Congeals contribute greatly here.
CC-packed decks. Seriously, there's no creatures.
Rage Quits in PvP. Oh boy, nothing like your enemy having a full field of frozen creatures while your have a Purify counter of 4-8.
Weaknesses:
Fractal Devourers. A full field of Devourers is not going to be fun.
Mirror/Jade Shield. If you think that you'll encounter a bunch of these in PvP, take out 2 cards and put in a Mirror Shield + Nova.
PC of any form. Permafrost does help a lot, and Quicksand will just murder this deck.
Other rushes. Rushes with Explosions will be too fast for this deck to handle. Rushes with tons of creatures may be too much for this deck to handle as well.
Does not work well unupped. Seriously, it's going to be a pain in the ass if you try it that way.
