I don't think you need more than ~3 pends to supply the physalias, and 3 SoP should be enough.

So I'd do:
-3 pends
-1 SoP
+1 permafrost
+2 pillar
+1 purify

The idea is that the SOP comes into play super quickly so the creatures stack damage as sooon as possible that way half the wiork for the creatures is already done so they can attack more quickly

Yeah, I'd have more Permafrost just to do more stalling, but 1 Shield isn't so bad as it prevents dead draws. I think that number of pends is okay, if you take into account how must 1 Physalia needs per turn vs. how much 1 pend generates per turn.

I'd do:
-3 Arctic Squid
+3 Lance/Arsenic/Dessication/Congeal

You don't need THAT many creatures/damage, right?

the artic squids are great for cc as this is meant to be a partial stall deck and the suprlus creatures have their attack stack very very quickly

He most definitely needs that amount of pendulums. Even with all out, he can only constantly feed 4 physalias.

nice deck, i used it and went pvping havent lost yet using it great deck its fun to use, gets poison damage out really fast
