It has:
No Creature control
No Permanent control
Ultimate Health control

I played 10 games.

Game 1: only 2 pillars but took them 4 turns to get a creature out, and by then they have less than 70 Health.

Game 2: great hand, explains itself really.

Game 3: they got early maxwells demon so I had to wait until ice bolt came, after that just plain easy.

Game 4: total annihilation.

Game 5: 1 pillar in draw. third turn they get out three devourers. I`m done for.

Game 6,7,8,9,10: five great draws. easy kill.

Is this deck good?
How can I improve it?
Can it be improved to farm top 50?

You arent able to use Toadfish´s skill. What is "ultimate health control"?

I think he means that he does a lot of damage.

I was kind of wrong about my deck according to jmdt's records, and from his records to, yours is incorrect as well. I think Antagon's unupgraded PVP speed rainbow works better.

It can, but it's too slow for that. There are many other better and cheaper decks.
