Horrible matchup. It was against monodeath rush.

Game 1: Only drew pillars and boneyards. One Scarab in hand. Lost without doing any damage.
Game 2: Got out Scarabs, boneyard, and a pharaoh. Unfortunately, after exhausting my I was left to one per turn, and my two scarabs couldn't eat everything in time. Didn't get Skull Shield either, which would have helped considerably.

Laxa was hard-countered by poison.

Game one was a fairly simple easy win.
Game two I was preoccupied with destroying his Diss Shield, and could have won (I think) if I had broken it.
Game three - got all poisons in first 9 cards, he was dead automatically.
