1st turn EQ killed his lone 2 Pends and a few turns later came a 2nd EQ which killed his by then 2 lone Pillars.
Without Quanta, he didn't stand a chance.

got 2 grabbys on turn 2 out and an eternity following closely. Spielkind had quite some quanta and managed to fly and pull a titan, a turn before the Eternity came. Then he threw it in my face. In the end, it was rather tight, if he had gotten another FW, he would've won. RNG gave him a Pillar.

1st Match: Win
Had 5 Pillars, 2 Wings and a Fog in the starting hand. Played Wings when the 2nd Creature hit the field and started to deal my own set of Damage with an upped Dragon.
Eventually a Deflag came to destroy my 2nd Wings, but a 3rd one was already there to take it's spot.

2nd Match: Win
Again, plenty quanta with Wings and Fog in hand. A first couple gasses showed up early as well and I let the first explode (was probably a mistake, as it gave time for a Spirit to grow). Since Wings took care of everything else and my Dragon and Damsels dealt more damage than that Spirit, I wasn't worried. By the time I got my 2nd Dragon, it was over.

Pretty much no chance vs their wings even with an early spirit (game 2) and an exposion (game1).

Well played kaker, you carried the event half way so you deserved it. Gatz team time on winning the longest event in forums I believe

I enjoyed this event, I did, and I'm glad to see it end. Some kinks need to be worked out for the next time.

hm, why i was complaining i wont play semi... obviously cal could play both matches... :-)

gratz team time! sad you got this finalchoice cause me was using a dead-deck vs rabbid... shoulda know it will come as i come, we could have use it later vs bad teams like gravity...  8)
