Game 1: won cointoss. Deckout.
Game 2: lost cointoss, but somehow got lucky against his wings chain. He died to a totally awesome 55 power Steam Machine.

I didn't have much of a chance against his Discord-BH deck. The first game was made worse because of a 1 Pend opening hand. The second game was closer—as in I actually did some damage and devoured a lot of his creatures before he still cut me down with his Discord.

These first games are tough since we have no idea what we're facing.

Apparently monoair is not the best matchup to play this against.

GAME 1: Loss. Well... If I get lucky and he doesn't get fast damage... I might get out a spider, lock his damage and race...
GAME 2: Hahahahahaha lol I'm dead.

Seriously, 5 Damsels opening + EE? That would have slaughtered anyone. *sigh*

Dumb luck that I picked a good counter to his deck. We actually didn't play much since we were both having trouble connecting. But he conceded the match once he saw my deck and lost to my AI when we desynced in Game 1.

Another bad matchup. Of all the shields I could've faced, I had to face 1 of the 2 Shields that destroy this deck—Thorn Carapace. Sigh. And he drew it early in every game despite only having 2. Double sigh.

Another bad pick for me. He brought a fast, cheap Death rush. EQs didn't do much against his cheap creatures. All the games were close, but his Recluses and Mummies were just too fast for my Frogs and Golems.

I continue my streak of bad picks. Majofa brought a nice creature-less Mono Air deck. His EEs+UGs tore my GotPs apart.

I finally got a lucky break and picked the right deck. I faced a Devtal which wasn't too bad to beat since I had the advantage and had decent to good draws in both games.

First two games were really close. I had odd draws with 6 pillar and 5 pillar opening hands in those games. Game 3 was better. I had the better odds against his Mono Entropy with Antimatters and Diss Shields.

Game 1: had a miracle in hand all game. Wasn't needed. A lone Eagle's Eye could outrush his deck.
Game 2: funny hand number 2 in this event. It's the second time I get a seven pillars opening. Well, his deck was way too slow anyway. He CC'd everything in sight, but as I said, a lone Eagle's Eye could outrush his deck. Also, Miracle didn't help him.
