Deckbuilding Deadline: 13th Dec GMT 03:00 Duel phase has started All decks must be made ready before the timer goes to zero, after which editing decks is forbidden. Failure to have all of the decks ready will lead to a severe card penalty and/or automatic losses. It is highly recommended that all team members double-check their decks before duels.	Duels Deadline: 16th Dec GMT 03:00 Fighting ends! Duel phase starts when deckbuilding ends. PM your opponent and try to find a suitable time. Time Zone Converter might be useful here. If you cannot find a time when you both are online, please contact the Warmaster--Naii_the_Baf--immediately. If the match does not happen, you both lose by default unless one of you is clearly more active and flexible.
Event Card Make your submissions in your team's secret section. Teams' selections will be made public when the timer ends. Cards cannot have their modifiers reduced by more than 0.5. EC is applied to both versions of a card. PPMs cannot be targeted with this EC. Time remaining: Time's up! The wording of the EC says that it reduces upgrade modifier, not cost.

I see, my bad. Still have mixed feelings as a "fair" EC as it could really make deck building a challenge for certain elements that use a certain card in most decks, especially if 2 teams both select a card from the 3rd team. This would likely severely affect either air or aether depending on how time decides to use the EC.

Also, if 2 teams select same card, does that card modifier change by -1?

No. A card cannot have its modifier reduced by more than 0.5.
