I feel like you're putting in little jabs of me of how lucky I am tbh....
I don't know what you mean by that but the way I see it, you had 3 chances:

1. the auction
2. 1st duel
3. randomizer

All of these 3 failed, and only one of them was pure luck. This is why I don't think we can talk about you somehow getting "robbed" from being able to participate in War. You had your chances, 3 of them, but it didn't work out for you.

Try to make it happen by lying, cheating, stealing or by murder. If you are unable to, there is always a possibility of a 2nd time extension. I'd really like to get the real winners instead of using dice.
I didn't say there will be a 2nd extension. I said that it's a possibility. After reviewing what happened during the 1st extension, I decided not to have the 2nd one because I don't think it would have done any good, plus it would have pushed the event even further which we can't afford to do if we want Team Underworld to be ready in time.

But just remember there's a HUGE difference between, not playing a match and having no match to play.
There's also a huge difference in not playing a match and losing a match. Jaymanfu lost one match already (0-2), xdawnbydeath haven't lost a match. Although both options suck, I feel more comfortable in removing someone who has lost already, then someone who hasn't lost at all.
xdawnbydeath hadn't lost a match? --> xdawnbydeath hadn't PLAYED a match. Here's the link to Round 1 (http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/board,260.0.html) and Round 2 (http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/board,261.0.html).
Also, yes Jaymanfu did lose a game (0-2), but he did win one (2-1).
So in reality, Jaymanfu was 1-1, while playing 2 matches... xdawnbydeath was 1-1 and HAD NEVER PLAYED A MATCH.

At worst, you could have done the first coin flip and given Jaymanfu and xdawnbydeath a chance to play.
No time. Every second we would have waited for these two to play, would have been a second the rest of the event is basically put on hold because winner of that match would have had to fight two more times during this last round.
Actually all the games in that bracket would have been done today. All the players were on today and were able to play as shown here Round 3 (http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/board,262.0.html) Besides you already had given them a 48 hour extension.. which in hindsight may have been a bad idea. Coin flip instead of an extension?

I think Jaymanfu was lucky to be honest. Not getting picked during auction, and with a 0-1 record in Underworld, he has a pretty good chance of getting into the War main event as a replacement. All it needs is one of the 8 players picked to fold which is pretty likely to happen at some point. That's a pretty good opportunity considering Jaymanfu was one small step away from getting permanently removed from War #2.
I think you owe him an apology for the part in bold. A warmaster should never say someone is 'lucky',, grateful yes, but lucky is very demeaning.

I may sound a little disgruntled, but I hope you don't feel that's my intent. This information can be used for next WAR.
The thing I'm saddest about is the fact that he never got the CHANCE to play his last game. He got knocked out of a double-elimination tournament, having only lost once.  :(

I really don't think that this matter should be discussed any further. It's already done, too late to change the ruling, and I already know how to fix it for next War. Case closed.

Being an organizer for an online event when there are deadlines to meet is never fun (I've been there).  Sympathies to all involved, including scaredgirl.  In a game like this it's impossible to please everybody.

I've been trying to get hainkarga to start playing me, but after I sent him the times I were available for the weekend, for three days he has not responded. I really don't want to use diceroll again, so can you knock him down to the loser's bracket?

This is why you should BCC your messages to the warmaster so they can check if you did do this, did you BCC the warmasters?

Well that was a stupid idea after you think about it.

No. Nobody should do this. There are 100+ players in War. What do you think happens to the inbox of a Warmaster if everyone BBC's their duel PM's to him/her?

What you do is you save your sent emails. There's an option for that in your profile. Then IF the match doesn't happen, you can send those saved PM's to the Warmaster.

Short version: Do not send copies of your duel organizing PM's to Warmasters until the time has ran out and the duel didn't happen.

When do we send that information if we're in the loser's bracket?  Just wanting to know what type of time frame to set for the first fight of the round.

it is realy boring, cause i got that problem in the first fight against ayoth... your onlinetime is more than suboptimal... but ok, ive talked to hainkarga and got a answer faster then yours... he said, he was on your ontime there but you arent... and the pm he sends to me was the time, which you send me as your ontime... i hate to loose the last fight cause of dicerolls, but i think in this case you both should be more active to let this fight be happen! and not to troll in official threads that someone should be dropped in that tournament!!!

i realy realy realy hope you can handle this, ayoth and hainkarga!

As my job is on my computer, I have been online like since underworld started, 14-15 hours a day. Ayoth is the hardest one to find around. In total, i sent him just 2 messages which resulted him lecturing me about how i can see people online on forums, accusing me of "spaming emails(?)" and that he had a life...
I've been waiting for him since the start of round 3 (same hour this topic started) and i have been online ever since. He was supposed to be online yesterday, but he wasn't. Nothing to handle on my side, i was available to a point that i could do matches with every single war participant.

Huh What??!?!? You are just inverting the situation upside down, and i don't even know how to respond to such lies. It was YOU that told me you can't do match till friday and it was I who was online for the WHOLE freaking friday. You kept avoiding the match and now proposing SG to get rid of me ? You shut me down after responding to my match request by saying "don't spam me". And haven't sent me any message ever since.
