the chances that you can get into team underworld just went up

only one chance makes it harder for the elite players to make it to finals
now they can loose due to a complete fluke, and not come back
while noobs to pvp (such as me) have fewer opportunities to suffer defeat against better opponents

Some late changes to the rules discussed in chat:

Last time there were people who were unable to complete two matches in the loser's bracket and got kicked. Because of this we have decided to make Underworld single-elimination.

Odd-numbered rounds will use the format for the winners bracket. Even-numbered rounds will use the format for the losers bracket.

Can you cite this?  I can't find anything to support this.  And if that is the case, what are the deck building rules because the old ones are based on having a double elimination tourney.

It takes 3 rounds to win and only 2 decks.  It can only weaken it.

not implying anything here, but if you try your best to contact your opponent (ie. posting in this thread, pm them, talk to them in chat), but they don't respond, what happens?
