if SG didn't extend the time for phase 2 , we would be in trouble know because of him, i think this is a good reason to change him.
Of course i would like him to be present and active. But i dont want our team to have an uncertain player so we better find another one

1. He's posted in the war preperation area
2. Phase 1 is over
3. It would be unfair on other groups
4. Puts extra work on the warmaster

We'l have to live without him if he decides not to turn up.

I really recommend you try to contact him asap. in 48 hours it's too late to do anything about it.
