Well, I met him on chat as a guest, and then 20 minutes later he had the name Peecoley, so I had figured that he came to the boards and registered.  Guess not.

War is recurring event that happens every 2 months. You cannot sign-up for the next one just yet.

If you really want to join, I might have a spot for you in Team Air, but it's not confirmed yet. All other teams are full.

I'll put you on "reserve list" and let you know later, ok?

yep next war were going to have is 2 months, infact with the member changes it might exceed that limit, well at least we already know life is going to win.

I'd say no.

If they don't want to put in the effort of designing a banner to promote themselves and the element, there might be a reason other than they don't have enough time (no pun intended).

I'm guessing that they're either still working on it, or they purposely didn't want to show off with a banner, so it's probably inappropriate to do the work for them (unless they sorely need help). ^^;
