So how about a leaderboard? Something showing wins/losses and maybe the number of cards in the vault? The latter is easily calculated from wins/losses, so it's not like you'd be revealing any "secret" information.

Adding card amounts is a good idea. That should definitely be included.

You don't have to.

Anyway, I've really liked the war so far.  But there are a few things that I think would make it better.

For starters, pillars go away way too fast.  Unless you have some way of getting more, you're screwed.  Troh suggested sacrificing cards to get pillars of your mark, which seems okay, but honestly I'd rather just having infinite pillars of your mark.  In a real war, when you lose a battle, you lose the men, not the supplies.

Other than that, the scoresheet would be cooler if that rounds "winner" got to have their war song on the post.

About this "running out of Pillars" problem.. good way to avoid that is not to lose. Another good way is to take enough Pilllars in your starting Vault.

besides then people would take less pillars to start with and you need supplies to keep your troops alive so its important to think of what to spend your items on

and if you had infinte pillars of your mark people could run a 30 pillar deck just to annoy then enemy and then thusly that element would never lose

Not true. Supplies are not infinite in war. Think of each battle as an individual field of armies. Once one army is obliterated any weapons, supplies, etc., perish or are confiscated by the victorious army.

hey don't ya'll think ut would be cool if we could have like allies in the nxt war im not sure how it would work but it would definitely strengthen some synergies

I don't think having elemental 'allies' would be a good idea at all, especially since there's already so much tension going on between rival element members. ^^;

the issues with this are:

2. Makes the RNG harder when deciding matches

It would be interesting tho if the war had a different theme tho every "year" or "season" or whatever...

Like next year's war could be alliances of trios... 4 war teams, 3 elements and masters on each team... 50% of each deck must have cards of one of those three elements, 3x vault...etc

The following year:
War starts out with 12 elements separate but divided into 2 teams of 6 elements each...each element is separate but only plays against elements of the other team...once one team is eliminated the 6 remaining elements are divided into 2 teams and so on and so forth

Year after:
3 teams, 4 elements each, teams may us ONLY cards containing their 4 elements...

i agree with the fact that it would make war more complicated but i do love the idea of war themes

as we all know, Earth is currently sitting comfortably at 10 - 0. they no doubt have a stacked team, with legends like Azumi and PuppyChow.

to make the next was less lopsided, i more restrictions should be implemented in terms of team building. this war, the only restriction was that you had to have one member with less than 50 posts. for the next war, i think we should also have a score limit - the total score of a team cannot be over this number. kind of similar to a salary cap in professional sports, i think this would provide balancing between teams.
