If worse came to worse, why didn't they just play on Kongregate?

We didn't even know that Kong was working, since I never play there. I know, I go on the Kong forums frequently, but I haven't played on Kong because I don't even have the badges.

Earth isn't kicking with 0 losses anymore...
Fire and light are still doing quite well...
Lots of upsets...

So what if Earth lost once? I don't see any other element with a win streak in the double digits. Overall, the loss won't really affect Team Earth. People just want to hold on to that faint hope that Earth will be defeated.

To discuss about who will win the war betting, I think it will be rastafla. First off, rastafla bet:

 

My reasoning why he will win:

Earth will definitely win the tournament, so his first guess is probably right.

I believe that the versatility of fire is going to land it in 2nd place. Fire has cheap permanent control cards, the best CC in the game, can Immolation rush,  and has brittle, but extremely cheap and powerful creatures. Light surprised us all with the strength that they brought into the war. They are tied with fire in wins, and have holy flash, a card that pummels death and darkness. Light has amazing stalling with miracles, and an indestructible, heavy hitting weapon. They're players are great, especially xdude, the master who led light into victories upon victories. Light definitely knows how to counter other decks, and must've built a great vault. Good job Team Light.

Entropy will be fourth because of the experienced players they have, and the strong, versatile cards that they pack in their vault. I know that they did horrible in rounds 1 and 2, but I blame that on tough matchups against earth and fire. They finished round 3 with four straight wins, and I predict much more wins to come.

Mainly, the reason Rastafla will win the war bet is because he chose  as his first 3. This is just my opinion, and I'm hoping to listen to everyone else's.

Though to be honest, we knew going into this War that Earth and Fire would be 2 of our most difficult match-ups.  We'll see if we have what it takes to cheat Rasta out of a bag of goodies.

To win you don't need to get all 12 in correct order. Do you know how lucky a person would be to achieve that?

You only need to get the first ones right. My guess is that the winner will have the first 4-5 elements in correct order. Rest of the elements don't matter.

You only need to get the first ones right. My guess is that the winner will have the first 4-5 elements in correct order. Rest of the elements don't matter.

Just want to mention that nobody has  . So if the current standings hold, then we'll have a thousand-way-tie for first place .

Or maybe a weighted system where each element you get right, you get the inverse number of points that they were ranked.

For example, if you get 1st, 2nd, 6th, 8th, and 12th place right you'd get 12+11+6+4+1 points or 34 points.  This gives more weight to getting the top few right like in SG's system while also giving some value to guessing all the others right as well.  Plus, it'd help break our 1000-way tie if Light edges out Fire.

Yes, that was my initial plan, but then I realized that someone would have to go through all those 100 bets, counting points. That someone is not going to be me.

I think the current system is fast, simple and fair.
