War - Standings

For instance, I was under the impression Time suffered a penalty for the above infraction, both Darkness and Aether suffered penalties for not having Member Roles threads as was requested in the private War Generals forum, and Air suffered a penalty for replacing Tomatoman.  I'm probably forgetting or unaware of some.  Have these penalties been enforced?

If the above was a penalty due to Immolation's post, I'd like to know whether all rookie penalties during the War will be halved.

where did you get the info on Team Darkness being penalized for 'not having Member Roles threads as was requested' ?
theres no mention from either SG or WMs that we're being penalized (not that i know of anyway)

So that would give time:
3 flawless victories (+9)
1 winning substitution (-3)
propaganda (+24)
2 minor penalies (-12)

Makes:  +18 (too, but that is just a coincidence)

Would it not make sense for the entire team to know of the penalties they get?
I really didn't know we had any.

It'd really be helpful to have a public list of all penalties as they occur.  Not only would it help the WMs keep track, it's currently impossible for anybody to track a team's vault without this information being public.

This would be nice. I wasn't aware there was any other penalties other than one for Time.

Is anybody else's standing correct?  I know TIme's standing is still wrong.  Maybe we can all post here what are standings should be (before counting any round 2 matches)?

This does not include penalties for subbing or any other possible penalties so it i a rough estimate.
