Yeah, this is just a temporary solution. I will probably make a Google Docs version of both this one and Vaults. This way there are less human errors and updating goes smoother.

1. Temporarily replace that team member with any other team member, including the Master. Temporary replacement player will use the same deck and mark and the original player would have used. Penalty for using this method: you cannot salvage any cards if you win!

According to the numbers up at the top, this rule was applied for gravity's sub, but not Aether's sub. Also, from what you have up there it looks like water had 2 subs, but I thought they only had 1.

Am I missing something, bad at math, or what?

EDIT: I suppose the penalty for not posting decks might explain some of it (assuming card loss is the penalty), but not Aether's gaining cards that I thought lost for subbing.

Some numbers look weird because I've included penalties. The next version of standings will include columns for penalties.

Also using replacements doesn't give you penalties if you lose. It's only if you win that you don't get to salvage.

That doesn't of course mean that there cannot be any mistakes in that list. I will double-check it later.

Now everything looks perfect, except water. But I shall quest until I find those last six cards. (They're probably somewhere in this subforum.)

EDIT: I didn't find where water lost those six cards. By my calculations they should have 246. Oh well, it's not like I have money on water or anything.

Yes, you are right. just took another -6 cards for failing with their Vault, and it isn't mentioned in any public threads.

If I understand it correctly, Team Water used more of a certain card than they had in their vault.  If they used 15 cards and only had 13 in their vault, a 6-card penalty isn't enough.  Whichever deck was listed last in the deck listing thread was illegal and should therefore have been disqualified.

I'm pretty confident SG is being lenient because it was accidental and this should have been caught when decks were submitted, at which point Team Water should have been penalized and made to modify their submission.

As is, if I were Team Entropy or Team Aether I'd wonder if I was beaten with an illegal deck.  I don't harbor any ill will against Team Water.  But using cards not in the vault should be looked at as a serious violation in the future.

Wow. Congrats on Light and Death for doing so well. These elements were near to the bottom of many betting tables, and I congratulate the players for managing this.
And what happened to aether, entropy and life? I put you high! You were supposed to be near the top!

(No surprises about earth though...unfortunately. I'd love it if Light won it all. Or Death, or Air. Even though I'd lose my bet by ridiculous proportions)
