You all say it's unfair but if the event card was in your favor, you'd say otherwise, so technically, you're all being hypocrites.

Wrong. I would NOT be in favor of it. While I might be less opposed to it, I would NOT want the other Elements hating me for taking advantage of an obviously biased Event Card. As I said before, Event cards should NOT sway the course of they war in it's entirety, they should aid and impair all Elements equally.

Other thing that hasn't been mentioned yet, this is ridiculously unfair to all rookie players and other not as advanced players, even if they were on team light, most likely they won't be able to afford a fully upgraded deck.

Seriously guys, as with real war nothings ever completely fair.  As the first round showed, deckbuilding is far more important than the number of upped cards (glances at thhe number of masters and lieutenants that lost).  has little to gain from the event card but it is what it is, so we go on.  If you guys want to boycott, team we be glad to take the wins from you

Then we will respect your decision. Do not flame (pun intended) team for not joining the boycott or whatsoever. All teams can make their own decisions.

Frankly I disagree, certainly 3 or 6 upgraded cards may not make a huge difference, but they still give a nice boost to the user, but having 1/2 or more of a deck upgraded completely changes things, its still by no guarantee a easy win, but the amount of benefit you get from it is staggering. Personally, I hope Team Air and Pervepic join in with the boycott. Although we have no direct authority in this matter, we still have the power to object to this round and try to change it.

and this event card does impair them all equally. Anyone can use light cards and not everyone from team light can even afford to upgrade the specific cards for the war.
Anyone else that wants to use light in their deck will have the advantage over other teams, this just makes you think about what new things you should try. as jmdt said, looking at all the masters and lieutenants that lost, even when they had the advantage with upped cards.
This card doesn't give team light a boost just because we are representing that element.
