It also makes best strategy to just use Rastafla (as sub and guy that actually has all cards upped) for most of their matches if their other players cant afford upgrades, which completely goes against "hey, lets involve rookies/new players in such an epic event like War".

Um... Your argument is invalid.

Personally, I don't find this card to be a huge problem. Unless you have multiple light matchups, just send your upped deck v. ours. Or, better yet, predict what we'll up, and counter it.

Also, I suppose I have some grinding to do now.

How exactly does one send upped deck vs your deck? We dont get to pick who fights who, and even if its general, he only has 6 upgraded cards. Or are you suggesting everyone to use against regardless of what their element is and if they even have light cards in the vault?


Point is, artificially putting some elements in advantage/disadvantage is absolutely unnecessary. One round of "wrong" event card at the wrong time can as well decide the war.
At later rounds, you'll have 2-3 elements fighting for the title. How awesome would be to see event card upgrading one element in a round where they fight each other in multiple duels? Yeah, it wouldnt be awesome at all, it would be terribly lame way to win a war.

pros:
-better chance of getting some upped shards
-air has its pride and isnt beaten by its former master

cons:
-i have a lower chance of getting a cool forum icon
-i dont get to beat the element i used to be the master of
-i have a lower chance of getting the master title for air
-i have a lower chance of getting a cool forum icon
-i already can get shards easily, so all it is is free money, which i no longer need...

well, there are 2 pros to 5 cons. i really dont see why i wouldnt do what morning star said.

Also, think of it from this point of view. You are the former master of air. How do you think they would feel if you threw matches. It's bad for your pride because your throwing a match AND bad for their's because an ex master is disgracing their element. It's pretty much a lose for both sides. You should do what every other player is doing and give it your best

This event card is straight up disgusting, It gives an obscene advantage to light, but whatever, I am not a war-master. So nothing I can do about it.

A king or queen doesn't result in a dictatorship. In England we have a queen led a bunch of idiots who don't know what to do, showing that the 2 don't always go together.

Of course. make sure you get xdude to agree, otherwise the resulting fight between light and every other element could pass for the war.
