Its all random, last war the same thing happened. Some had "better" lineups than others. I think one team last war had 2 fire and 2 earth against them and suffered really bad due to not being able to have that many counters to two of the strongest elements. (Teams consisted of 6 players then for those of you who didnt know)

Its all down to luck.

I had an idea to beat that sort of strong vs weak bias, but didn't make the rules in time.
