WAR #9 R6 The general stood on the battle field. Tomorrow, this would be a messy war ground. He could picture it already, soldiers lying, exhausted and maybe even dead on the battlefield. He shuddered at how bad this war was. Though they needed to protect their land, before it was too late. He breathed in the fresh, crisp air, and looked out across the terrain. He was ready, his team was ready. Together they would finish today as winners, no matter what it took.	Read the War Rules Contact Warmasters News Suprise! Darkness has beaten down Gravity in order to take first place! Gravity now holds second, and life still holds strong on third. Now it's becoming a matter of life and death, will Gravity take back it's throne, or will darkness reign supreme within the next two rounds? Deckbuilding Duel phase has started 4/11/2015 2300 GMT Teams have to build decks for all players who are fighting during this round. All team members participate in the planning. Please do not post your decks in public or talk about them in chat. All decks must be made ready before the timer goes to zero, after which, editing decks is strictly forbidden. Failure to have all of the decks ready will lead to a severe card penalty and/or automatic losses. It is highly recommended that all team members double-check their decks before the duels start.	Duels Fighting ends! 7/11/2015 2300 GMT Duel phase starts when deckbuilding ends. PM your opponent and try to find a suitable time. Time Zone Converter might be useful here. If you cannot find a time when you both are online, please contact Warmasters--worldwideweb3 and Coffeeditto--immediately. If the match does not happen, you both lose by default unless one of you is clearly more active and flexible. Duels are "best-of-five", you must use the deck and mark built during the previous phase, and you cannot make any changes to your deck or mark during the round. 125+	=	5 players fight

That is... hideous, lol.  I hope we don't have to suicide.  Not that we're getting anything even approximating average RNG anyway, but...

edit: also, 2 generals again.  I think we've faced more generals than anyone else this war so far.

We also have 2 Generals again, now 4 times in a row, every round since R3.
Looks like it is the fate of the bottom feeders to get double Generals.

At least this time we got the #1 and #2 position team Generals, just to make it a little easier

How do I tell my opponent I want to restart?
And can I force my opponent to play if I win toss, and I play/finish my turn before he can appropriately value his hand? Say, I'm in team and I get an hand with 6 damselflies, and down them all and end turn. Can he ask for re-do, or is he forced to play? Where is the line drawn?

Message your opponent in game and chat pm that you wish to restart before you play any card. Also, you can restart before the end of your first turn. So, with your example, opponent can ask for restart as his first turn hasnt ended.
Also, EC use is one per player, not per team if it wasnt clear.

Yes, it can only be used before your first turn ends. You are not allowed to pass your turn 1 then ask for a redo on turn 2.
