There is a need to name someone for aether +light... How is this going? 
Would wms just pick 5/6 people and make a team out of this?  If so the team is really likely to need help from wms at 1st to get a decent vault and decks.. wms should go lighlty on penalties on em for rd 1 also so they get a fair chance at starting point.
