1) I'm absolutely against shards, but if they cost a lot, it should be fine.
2) I know I said I liked auction in the past, but drafting seems better now that I've seen both, less time consuming.
3) Roles are awesome! I think there shouldn't be more roles than team members, too complicated, I'd say keep it simple, x members, x roles.
4) Seems interesting, we'll see how it goes. I also suggest the salvaging to be points that can be spent in the market (number of points gained should probably either be a fixed amount or depend on what the opponent had in the deck, like 6 times the average cost of all non-pillar cards)
5) I haven't had much experience with sideboards before, but it could be interesting as well.
6) I don't know about that, I just feel like it won't really make a difference.
7) Nope, don't like this one. Vault is enough of a limitation already.
