I saw something about tiers in the market prices. What are those?
They can be ignored. Only thing needed is the price and the name of the item.
Alright then, so what purpose does it serve?
Um?
I'm going to guess that they were tiered based on their usage in War 8 decks, and then priced accordingly.
On how prices were chosen: rather arbitrarily. www3 took some stats, I took some feedback (Especially from
RootRanger), but overall I don't really care about the general balance of the decisions as long as it produces a different meta. If Fire has a bit of an uphil battle that's not so bad, I'm sure it's less than other elements have had in previous wars. But I don't think I actually made the prices as extreme as I should've. Decided to be a bit careful, Root was the one to actually suggest raising the gap. Also there's the matter that since pillars are free larger creatures have to cost more since Abomination+Abomination should cost about the same as Pillar+Dragon
Next war the prices should be randomly generated based on (5+random(cost*5...cost*15))
