I would increase the cost of following weapons:
Trident.

I would decrease the cost of following weapons.
stiletto ( compared to the others that are more game changing like disco I think it's priced to high )
Fahrenheit ( it's not that strong of it's own, only in a plain fire stall )

I would increase the cost of following shields:
permafrost ( it's so powerful, top 4 shields, must cost more )

I would decrease the cost of following permanents:
Sanctuary ( it's essential for light, making this so expensive will make things very hard for them )

I would increase the cost of following spells:
Stone skin ( to balance SBLAD )

I would change the cost of following spells:
deflag and steal ( compared to the cost of pulvy and sofo something needs to be changed )

You can't pick a prize because it would hurt/help a team as every good card has a high price now anyway.. high priced cards will hurt every team and top teams only have more of those... How do you think aether will manage to do a good vault with the price of fractal/lightning/dimensional shield ?  Light will do fine vault-wise as much as any team.

Fahrenheit 100 and Titan only 45? and now phoenix bolt is a absurd price...
Market is a good idea but this don't would be used to destroy the competitiveness of an element
