Sub, deuce has proved multiple times this war he has no bias towards Team Aether, to imply that he does is extremely disrespectful.

I request the consistent 6 card penalty for Team Aether for the new player. The decision that was made is unfair and I suspect that if it was any other team than Aether, the new member wouldn't have been free. 1 WM was not included in the decision, and deuce was, which is also a factor that speaks against the decision.

Son, we lost an extremely experienced member and got a 180 card penalty because of "incriminating evidence" that doesn't even have a 100% conclusion. Where are you pulling your "unfair" from?

It's 108 but still is a ton ofc.

But if aether were to get a penalty.... I assume they would have stayed at 5 people unless they keep winning and eventually need 6. so they would only pay by then.  Not sure aether needs another card penalty, but I would have make em work at a team of 5 until (if) needed.

I understand the complaint regarding this ruling, so I will do my best to justify the ruling.

Ultimately, it was the WMs who kicked Higs out of aether, not inactivity or any decision made by team aether. Given that a 180-card penalty was assessed and WMs kicked a team member, it was deemed fair to allow aether to replace higs with one of the remaining applicants at no further cost. This entire situation is not something that is well-defined within the rules because it has never happened before and was never anticipated. Therefore, all 3 WMs agree on an appropriate ruling for unique situations like this.

Now to address some of the disrespectful comments you have made.

1. No team has had any preferential treatment with regards to rulings. Given my prior affiliation with team aether, I understand that some feel that I may be inclined to make rulings in their favor. There have unfortunately been a number of rulings that have needed to be made involving team aether, and almost all of them have been ruled in favor of aether's opponent. I pretty sure some of my arguments with hain are posted in previous threads.

2. All 3 WMs come to an agreement on all rule violations where it is not clearly defined in the rules. I have no idea where you got this idea that 1 WM was not included in the decision. If you would like me to send you a screenshot of all 3 WMs agreeing on the ruling, let me know.

Going forward, please do not make false accusations without any evidence. Let this be a warning to all participants.

I had a small conversation with deuce22 and he explained me what happened and why. There was a small misunderstanding, which is solved now. I apologize for the drama I caused.

I discarded 180 cards that round while watching other teams get their 24 to 48 cards back. 108 is just subjective wording which only makes some people feel better about themselves. I did 180 discards at the beginning of that round and our penalty was in effect over 200. When you make a discard, do you not count it if it used to be previous round salvage ?

So it was former. You have no idea why he is in team aether and can't really judge people. Allow me to explain; It is mostly because i'd love a newcomer to see some war action. While i'd love and appreciate his future input, it was not because i felt the need for him. More than once i have carried a war team alone, and i am not even alone this war. But then i see you posting some petty accusations here which doesn't surprise me. This has nothing to do with your supposedly technical misunderstanding.

@WM's: Was there a bug earlier that allowed people to see into team sections? I saw this post earlier that said "TEAM DARKNESS" and then their was 2 photos, one was rather inappropriate mind you, and the 2nd was a pitch black photo that had "odii odsen in the back left, ..." I figured this must be team darkness's secret section but could've been from a previous war and the thread was made public? idk.
