Okay lets get everything clear.
Earths vault was 126 before round 8 and since we managed to win 2 games we go up to 138. However we fielded an ilegal deck which should result in a 3 card penalty and put us at 135 and a 5# place.
Okay this is what happened round 8 in the water vs earth match. Water didn't manage to field a legal deck therefore they receives a loss. Earth had a meeting where everyone was online 1 week later I was alone. After losing 2-4 round 7 I had a very hard time making the last decks with a big quanta deficit. I managed to solve that by making 2 bows, adding none earth pillar/pends to decks and 1 scrap deck.
After several hours I was finally done and I posted the sdcpt, however I somehow managed to make a deck with 31 cards and only 14 earth cards. Afdarenty is first to see this and pokes me about it 2 days before deadline for matches ( but after dead line for making decks ). After thinking for a sec I think I can do this
and sends a pm to Zombie. Zombie says that we receives a loss in this matter.
Since I didn't want to send any more pm's to zombie I went to chat and asked Higu about this( once again thank you for answering )
So this is how it really is.
- Not submitting a deck before the deadline is failing to do what each team is supposed to do in a round. This results in a medium infraction, which is 6 cards penalty. This means team water should receive a 6 card spoils penalty.
- Submitting a deck in time which is illegal is a minor infraction as per the rules and results in a 3 card penalty and in addition you cannot win with an illegal deck. So it was here I thought we could change our deck to field a legal deck and win the game but receive a 3 card spoils penalty. However I didn't know that fielding an illegal deck gave a 3 card penalty, this is not how we was ruled in round 3 where we only received a loss.
- if you post any deck after the deadline of making decks, youn get a 6 card penalty( medium fraction ). 1,2,3.. or 6 decks doesn't matter. So we could have changed a deck and avoided a 3 card penalty for fielding a illegal deck and would have won the game however it wouldn't have mattered since that would mean a change after dead line of deck building and should result in a 6 card penalty( and not 3 what I thought ).
This means that every team that has submitted their sdcpt after dead line( doesn't matter if it's 2 days or 2 minutes ) should receive a 6 card penalty. )

Personally I think we was the best team with
this war and we could very well have been the winners of war 7#. But sometimes rng aren't with you and you can truly say that this time it weren't with us, losing the chance of going forward due to playing 2 earth cards to few, ARGHHHH.
