I have tested pvp2 daily several days back and there is problems (few actual pvp duels included - pvp2 is just easier if you keep waiting opponent while doing something else). Like yesterday, it dropped every opponent after 10-20 sec, but I was able to finish games againts AI. Played at least 10 games. So one could build decks that AI can play and in theory, both play against AI to get result for duels. Sounds awful, but maybe doable if no other choises.

Today, however, pvp games have lasted 200-300 seconds (~6 turns) and then opponent dropped again, but instead of being able to play against AI, sudden "You lost" screen appears every time. This is even worse for WAR duels, as it gives no result at all. IRC and Kong chat both stay online, so it was not network disconnection mentioned in rules, so I would not accept loss for these games. I can't finish a single game it seems - even tried with Jenkar who was able to somehow play their WAR duels.

There is no way, I'll even try to play my WAR match(es), and I doubt the situation is much better for others :(

me and dragtom played two dummy matches with 30 pillar decks before our real duel and we managed to finish them.Then we proceeded to play with our real decks and the dreaded "you lost" screen came.Dunno if that helps,just wanted to point it out.

If matches have experienced issues in attempts to play, the round will be extended. I will be back on late tomorrow, at about the 1 day mark. The round will be adjusted then.

Seems like server is booting after some turns (maybe 8-10 or so, seems variable), so matches with fast decks or matches where the result can be seen early can be finished. Matches where both have slowish decks where the result cannot be seen after 10 turns however, are gonna have a hard time. Sometimes it only boot one player too, letting the other finish vs AI. This may or may not be unfair with/against some type of decks.

I find this situation really disturbing that some are able to play, succesfully or kind of settle results, and suggesting giving one extra day (earlier posts) or so, thus sending wrong signal. That day doesn't change anything, the servers are broken, maybe more harsh to others, who knows for what reasons. There is no reasonable way to get results if "You lost" screen appears in middle of every game. Even if my deck would look like underdog, I'd like to try to play to "bitter end". There is certain amount of skill and luck involved that may change the end result, as we have seen. This WAR will collapse, if players are penatilized for not playing (as I've tried everyday, but no point to arrange WAR duel time, if things are not working). People will run away, as next round is assumed to be equally unplayable. Surely we can't play all rest of WAR this way either, so forcing round 7 to end, is not solution to anything. On the otherhand, I know it is bold move to postpone WAR, as there is no guarantee it will ever continue... up to you, I'm ready to run (away) already.

I'd like kdz to give it at least 3 days (like if the rd is starting since most cant play at all yet) meanwhile spoils need to be care of.  Also, only 2-3 matches were played oki, the rest we're suicides or finished vs ai a couple times.

I think that if the game can be decided in the first six or so turns and both players are mature about the disconnects, you should be fine. In pretty much any other situation I think it would be a huge problem to get the game done.

I also think that one day is fairly short notice.

The last three times I have attempted to duel somebody it has failed.  I am also of the like mind of Brusterix that we should avoid dc wins, as there is always that chance.  For example, in gravy deck vs time, neither are going to win rapidly, and my deck isn't even necessarily a stall.  I feel his deck has a slight advantage, but both previous games were close, and server dc kicked us both out, so chance to play vs ai.  This should be postponed until the servers are fixed imp.
