Random on small scales sometimes actually doesn't look like random. Because otherwise it wouldn't be random, would it?

Exactly right.  This is the only reason casinos stay in business.  In the long run, they always win.  On any given day, though, the casino could take it in the shorts and watch several people walk out with huge amounts of cash.  I've watched it happen, and casinos love it.  "See?  We had SIX big winners today on the craps table.  You could be next!"  Yet in the end, everything balances exactly the way it should.

And so it is with RNG.

I face the exact same player again? Wat is dis? Well, he was subbed last round, but still... Seriously, the randomization should be made so that someone does not face the exact same player two times in a row.

It happened to me last war iirc, with Kev. stuff happens, WMs can just change the players (as they are soldiers) to avoid this but they are too lazy

* Does all winning team members salvage from the selected players deck ? Say we chose my deck, does jenkar salvage from my deck too since he won ?
* Is it mandatory to salvage all from self deck ? (if we chose to use EC)

1. No. Only the player targeted Salvages from that deck. Eg. If I targeted myself, and won, I would Salvage from the deck I used. My other teammates would Salvage as normal from their opponents decks.
2. Yes. The option to opt out of the EC was given, but if you decided to use the EC you must use it.

I demand a benefit to teams/penalty(haha) to WMs for delaying Round 4

1min! delay in presenting the DSCP cost Life 3 cards last round..wonder what will this 12hour delay bring..
