I would much rather have a match than not, that should go without saying. I suppose I can allow a late deck submission with a penalty
In short, here the two options I see.
1. Gravity losses the match for posting no deck at the deadline. This I would rather not happen, but you can't play without a deck.
2. Gravity posts a deck late, takes the penalty and continues the game as normal. This is the more appealing option at the moment, as the game would actually be played, and gravity would still be given a punishment. (You have an entire team that is supposed to do this stuff, it shouldn't all be on one persons head)
