Also the fact the forum went down in the middle of what was supposed to be the blind auction. Hard to submit things when you can't see the things you need to submit for 6 days :3

Going to be the annoying one here and say that when forum went down, the time for you to change your application was already up.

Blind Auction will be extended due to the forums troubles. Expect an extension of 24 hours. An announcement will be posted with the new timer, soonish.

Since auction phases (blind auction, currently) have begun it seems to me the application topics should be locked.  What stops a player from modifying their bans or preferred elements in a manner unsporting to the bidding or that invalidates otherwise legal bids (ex:  Light bids 1-card on a player that subsequently bans Light or that then moves Light into #1 element slot)?

So is there a reason to allow app OP's to be edited after the auction phases have started?  Perhaps this is just how it has to be in order to allow replying (which is how non-blind bidding is done) and one must just watch the last modified date of the OP...  I have noticed several app's that are edited after the blind auction phase started - is this a non-issue or should it be addressed?

Yes, but you know I was playing elements while the forum was off and I won cards that I wanted to update my application with. I also spent a lot of my electrum before the blackout for a pvp event, so I wanted to update that too. It is not banned to change amount of electrum, availability, card amounts and the motivation text (a.k.a song in my case ).

I hope it is allowed, or else I have to report myself on editing my card numbers and electrum.
