War #6 - Sportsmanship and Favorite Decks

War is drawing to a close, and although there are still three teams fighting it out, now is probably a good time to begin discussing your nominations for the Favorite Deck and Sportsmanship awards.

Before the yet-to-be-announced deadline, the General (or any of the other members in their stead if necessary) will need to send a PM to all three of the Warmasters with:
- a list of up to three players from outside your team who embodied sportsmanship throughout the Event.
- the deck code of the favorite deck used by your team during this War.

Sportsmanship votes from each team will be aggregated and the player deemed most worthy by all War participants will receive a forum award icon ().

The favorite deck of each team will be preserved in the Community Recommended Decks section. Once every team has submitted a favorite deck, the community as a whole will be given the opportunity to vote for the most exquisite deck in all of War 6.

Again, you must submit players from outside your team and decks from within your team. We'll put up a deadline timer when the Event is complete but there's no reason you can't submit now. It's not a problem if your team changes its mind and wants to resubmit; we'll take the most up-to-date PM from each General we have.

Time's up!

Just talking as a forum member, the star deck of this war is clearly psiontall. So far psiontall variations have like 16 wins (exact count later) and 2 losses.  It was/is the flag ship of team aether this war.

The War Decks Archive thread is separated into most successful decks (calculated by Deck Helpers) and most exquisite decks (submitted by Generals).  Psiontal is a ringer for the former but could theoretically not even be submitted by Team Aether for the latter.

Because... hmm, i don't know, why? Unless you meant, it is deuce and not the team who submits decks :D
Anyway, Hain talked about winning rate and not exquisiteness.
Clearly, we played without creativity and used totally boring decks.

I would argue RoL hope, since it is undefeated through 10 rounds, but whatever.

Fav deck... can it even be one variation out of a strategist's deck?

Just two days to get those Sportsmanship & Favorite decks in, so get 'em in while there's time!

Spoiler for Hidden:
Okay, the deadline was actually a day ago, but we forgot to put out another reminder and we've received a disappointingly low number of PMs. Remember to check you've sent your votes and deck to all 3 warmasters!

Please get your submissions in. War may be finished, but this is one of the most important parts. The sportsmanship awards are a fantastic sign of gratitude to the opponents who make War great, and the favorite decks are immortalised in the Community Recommended Decks section are show the fun and innovation to be found in the forum's biggest event.
