Agreed, any team that's not in a 'lose a match, lose a player' scenario needs conversions to replace the decks that lost, so only 12 cards is a very painful thing. Aether will likely be using their full 24 cards for the 2 decks they lost this round.

I see they are trying to get Gravity out early!  Our vault size only means 1 matchup!  I thought you guys read the rules too. :P
Rule #1: The Captain is never wrong.  Rule #2: If the Captain is wrong, refer to Rule #1.

Is this to promote finals with all teams intact ? Being forced to field 6 decks is a severe punishment to winners by itself in the first place. Now we have to suffer more while tiny vault teams enjoy the ride to finals with very little effort and high safety.
5 of us are / have to be active all the time and we win a lot only to face a harder round every time. Effort is being punished.

*Quick ruling because I need to go, but we're already halfway through deckbuilding so SOMETHING needs to be done. Subject to us changing it later.*

Gravity may add 4 cards discarded from their round 5 decks as Event+ for this round. These same cards are then removed as Event- during their next round's SDCP in addition to any other discards or penalties. Gravity salvages 3 cards and discards 14 from matches this round. Further adjustments to their Vault may apply once their Vault has been properly audited.

His point would be - crying that War is hard and it sucks to lead, every round, gets old quite fast.

Go find a solution and post it in S&F so we can can better event next time.

There is an event card at hand, it is not really something about the rules nor any special ruling that can be carried to s&f. I can only suggest not applying it. This card adds nothing productive or anything fun to the event other than forcing suicides which always sucks. What you are doing is discussing the discussion itself which is waste of time (this self referencing post too, is waste of time)

At the end of the day, what our opponents can't achieve on the battlefield is being achieved by this sort of EC (and rules). So i can understand your joy.
