2 questions about the event card
1) Can you choose your own element or must it be off-element?
2) If you choose an off-element, can you still do some QM for your own element as well?
We actually discussed this before the question was even asked. Look at us being prepared. Now if we had only thought to post it....
You can choose your own element (or not choose one which counts as the same thing).
If you choose an element, that is the the only element you use when you take advantage of the QM ability for the round.
For instance, if Team Aether selects
as their element for the round, they cannot use the QM to claim
cards in place of normal salvage. They would be limited to two
cards per victory and cannot claim cards they have 6+ copies of in their vault.
