If you factor in the fact that life is probably the weakest pvp element, the fact that life got as far as they did is really quite commendable.

Didn't life have the 2nd worst overall record too? (haven't checked standings in a while)

Three things I've learnt this war:

1. Putting more time into deckbuilding, strategy, analysis etc. will always net you a better chance of a good result. Just make sure it's good time.

2. Stay positive and hang on in there. You never know what's coming your way next, for better or worse.

3. will is right about a lot of things a lot of the time. Re-reading what he's said can be a great idea.

1.) Some decks types simply counter other deck types. Having the upper hand in these matches is obviously very important. But what is also a key factor is simply making your decks strong, balanced, and efficient. You'll secure wins against decks you counter and have better odds against those you don't.

2.) Last as long as you can without letting one deck beat your entire vault. Once that happens, no amount of prediction can save you.

It was great to have been part of this War and while errors were made here and there it was the journey that really mattered.

To all future Generals:
Please keep in mind that the event is designed for a game and is supposed to be fun! If your team isn't having fun, cooperating, sharing the workload and contributing their share of ideas (whether by pro or noob), it is destined for failure.

I truly hope everyone keeps this in mind and I know if I manage to become General, I will keep this a top priority as going with the flow simply won't cut it.

To everyone else, keep enjoying War. It's Time to see some new teams win. ^_^
