That is like saying "Can I get some water?" and then getting the stupid response "I don't know, can you?" Same as if you said "May I hold it?" I think it was reasonable to say it wasnt going to be interpreted that way

A fair point that I don't think has been addressed: if only Lt. is allowed to submit/control support team actions, then does this responsibility move to Generals once they are the only remaining player?
