A: The team with the fewest Relics always gets first crack.  We're not going to use some complex priority drafting waivers system.  In this example, the team with 2 Relics would get bumped to defense.

since gravity has fewest relics and can field up to 7 attackers. If they send 5 attackers to aether (assuming this is allowed), do they get all 5 matches with aether? or do they only get first crack at aether?

Misplaced event cards. Randomizing the whole work of 4 rounds. Instead of overpowering it with Feint, last round's "relic earning for defender" event card would make sense with this.

It would be like;
"If you randomly win vs a LT, you can all out attack. But be careful for defenders gain a relic if you lose"

Which i call balanced. Tho now it is like;
"Even if you perform perfectly this round, the event card will troll you for no reason, stressing your 4 rounds of work for ups."

Too early to say this, but I agree that this event card could be more balanced. may post suggestions in feedback after the following round.

Not sure how much of this is the event card and how much is just the nature of support teams in later war. There are more and more support team members as each round progresses, so certain teams will get mobbed (like Fire was last round). The event card obviously increases the number of teams that get mobbed this round, but either way in the later rounds of war it will be very possible to lose most or all your relic reserves to the onslaught of lower ranked teams.

i think the main thing here is that some teams didn't get an opportunity to play an Lt, while others got multiple. But yeah, top teams getting mobbed late in war is expected, but this event card just further exacerbates it. Would work better in the first round or 2, imo.

If the event card is triggered like now "you have to beat an Lt", your opponents got the choice. They can elect to not run an Lt. against you.
If you have to win with an Lt. then your fate is in your own hand.
